dinner @ library alehouse

Took Bella on a walk on the boardwalk, before walking over to Main Street.  We went to Library Alehouse, which is my girlfriend's favorite place to go on Main Street.  I usually don't drink beer, but when I do, Library Alehouse is the location I frequent.  I ordered buffalo wings, which paired well with my goblet of beer. We ended the night at club Main, before heading home. 

dinner @ roscoe's

 I almost fell into cardiac arrest, it was so good. I hadn't been to Roscoe's since I'd been back on the Westcoast and was the first time at their new location in Inglewood. I' recommend the country boy, which is 3 wings and a waffle, with a side of mac & cheese, grits & a sunset.  This restaurant has always been my favorite since highschool.

night & day

Last night I took Bella on a walk, when I ran across this JFK Rolls. This morning I took a walk down the boardwalk.  The beach was pretty active for how early it was, from the handball court to battleground. I noticed a mural done by Emily Winters, which was quite inspiring.  Also saw this skull mural, done by an unknown artist.

Gucci Mane's Trap Back came out yesterday and has been playing on my Macbook since. Gucci Mane's work has always been on my headphones since highschool, while I painted and work on my graphic projects.

morning @ schulzies

This morning, I took Bella on a walk to Schulzies for a cup of coffee and some bread pudding. I got a blue bottle drip and white raspberry bread pudding with raspberry sauce.  As I ate my breakfast, Bella tryed to eat a bird.  Battlegrounds and the racketball courts were pretty empty as I walked home. There was some new beach cruisers on canal, which caught my notice.

skywalker

was out on the beach to watch the sunset. I wanted to stay till it was completely dark but it got too chill.  i stopped off at the corner store to get something to warm my bones before heading home, but when I got home Bella drank it instead.

illumination

heading back to venice from echo park, the downtown skyline seemed to illuminate the night sky as i mobbed past to the 10 west.

free pitbull class @ the coliseum

The trainer known as"Dogman" gives free Pitbull classes on sundays, at the coliseum. Classes start at 900 and end around noon. I take my blue fawn, who has just reached 6 months.

venice

a few blocks from my apartment there's this nearly completed mural. don't know the artist, but it's quite inspiring to say the least.

just popped a bottle of clicquot on my stoop in a commemoratory gesture of my first post, marking the beginnning of a blog, displaying a journal of my environment, 310 life.
